    Vtg Regina Scarf Clip
    This is a vintage scarf clip made by Regina and imported from Western Europe. Round and approx 1.5". Comes with the original instructions that also have the original price sticker on it from Miller & Rhoads dept. stores which were across VA and closed in the late 70's to early 80's.
