    On May 26, 1928,
    the USPS issued a 2c carmine rose stamp commemorating the
    "Valley Forge Issue".
    This listing is for a First Day Cover with a single stamp from that same issue.
    The cover was first day canceled Cleveland Western Philatelic Station.,
    features a Garfield Perry Stamp Club / BM9510 cachet,
