    Description

    So pleased to offer one of my favorite pieces.  I have a RARE Superb Mason's Cambrian Argil Serving Dish; Raised Scrollwork; Lovely Hand Painting Delicate Florals.  I'm not sure what it is about this piece, but I've always adored it and really don't care whether it sells or not; it can be buried with me !  LOL  It's Mason's Cambrian Argil ( meaning white clay from Wales ) and features an octagonal shape with a highly raised floral edge and delightful hand painted floral strewn about.  It dates circa 1820.  It does have crazing, a few kiln pops and a 1.75 hairline.  It measures 8.25" by just under 9".  Hope you love it as much as I do.  Enjoy !!!!
