Stunning vintage silver tone large leaf scarf shoe dress clip white rhinestones

Wow is this pretty! I'm not sure what its original purpose was... shoe clip, or dress clip maybe? It's got little teeth on the back that really grip, and it clips on very strongly. No missing stones. I'm guessing it's from the 1940's or even earlier. Just gorgeous condition! I love that the back has a beautiful design on it too! I don't see any maker's marks, but people who collect this kind of thing might know from the unique back. If you do know, please send me a quick message and I'll update my listing.
