    Description

    Scott #666 8 cent Grant Kansas Overprint Tab Single "first" Day Cover, Newton, Kansas, April 15, 1929.  The official first day of issue was May 1st for Washington DC.
    Condition is as shown in the pics.  The cover has some toning but is in quite nice shape.
