Guns N' Roses Welcome To The Jungle Promotional Warner Bros Original Master Tape

This came from the estate of a man who worked for various record labels doing promotions. It is an original tape from Warner  N' Roses, but I'm not exactly sure what it's from. May be the music video or some interview. I don't have a VHS to watch it sadly. It includes the outer case.  Please see all photos for condition and feel free to ask any questions.
