    Beautiful ornate with filigree over a shimmery ivory background. Detailed edging and knot in the center. Hinged clip.  Wear on a lapel or thread a scarf through it. Ornate and elegant. Stamped W Germany on the back. Made between late 1940's through 1990.
    Condition is used but like new. Hinge is strong.
