faux turquoise bead combination pin brooch & dress scarf clip signed "Art" 1.25"

Description

This is a combination pin and scarf clip with faux turquoise beads. The pin mechanism is attached to the clip, so the whole thing flips up if you want to attach it as a dress or scarf clip. Signed "Art." There is some reflection of daylight in my photos on the pin, but the metal is not green in those parts, it is daylight reflection in the photo. Diameter of 1.25". Some small dark marks in the metal here and there from age and use. A beautiful and rare piece. Overall in very good pre-owned condition
