Antique tintype of girl with colorized cheeks in gutta percha case

Description

Gutta percha case has working hinges, but the clasp doesn't catch (maybe it can be fixed by bending one of the metal pieces?). I'm not 100% certain whether this is a tintype or an ambrotype, but I'm leaning toward tintype. Girl has colorized pink cheeks.
