These were on an antique dress I was told by the person who I bought it from. They said the old dress was beyond repair so they cut these off. They have 4 loops each to sew onto fabric. These pieces are faceted blue glass and a brass colored metal. The metal does show some areas of corrosion to the metal. These items measure 3 ½ inches by 2 ½ inches.
