The Mercedes-Benz S-Class, formerly known as Sonderklasse, (German for "special class", abbreviated as "S-Klasse"), is a series of full-sized luxury flagship vehicles produced by the German automaker Mercedes-Benz, a division of German company Daimler AG.

Exterior
Silver straight, dent-less panels cover this car. A moonroof is on top. Standard 9 spoke wheels all around with radials that show little wear, so we can assume they are fairly new. Halogen headlamps sit within clear plastic covered headlight clusters and flank a very nice MB grille topped with the tri pointed star. 4 doors and heated mirrors are noted on this euro styled aero design sedan.
Interior
Neutral gray leather surrounds you with all seating front and back, dash, door panels, and center console making use of it. Plenty of creature comforts abound with 14 point adjustable seats, power locks, windows, mirrors, steering etc. A digitally lighted dash appears when you light this car up with the FOB. An AM/FM/CD/XM radio can be tuned from the center control wheel at your fingertips on the console. This is also how you put the car into the preferred drive mode. A navigation screen, audio adjustment and seat adjustment graphics share the screen. along with a phone connection via Bluetooth. Within all this clean neutral gray, is a peppering of dark walnut burl accenting all lacquered and nice seen on the center of the dash, doors and accenting the dash as well.
Drivetrain
The massive 5.0 Liter EFI V8 provides extensive power, (302hp), to get you going down the road smoothly, and a 5-speed automatic transmission utilizes all gears for acceleration to fuel saving.
Undercarriage
Clean, no rust, structurally sound, as expected of a low mileage 2003 model car. Independent suspension is all around, and power disc brakes are on all corners.
Drive-Ability

Vehicle Pickup & Shipping:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility unless otherwise documented in sales agreement.
Deposit:
Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A 0 deposit is due within 48 hours of listings end to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due:
The remainder is due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
All Pennsylvania residents must pay applicable state and local tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise documented on the sales agreement.  We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Placing a Bid:

Bid Retractions:

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder:
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Classic Auto Mall, Inc. within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder:
If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
