    ~ Beautifully made children's stockings, I would guess a toddler's size 3, hand knitted in a natural colored cotton yarn
    .  These almost appear as if never worn.  Nicely shaped foot and an openwork diamond pattern that continues to the top edge, with just one horizontal row about in a different stitch about 1-1/2" from the top.  Heel to top they measure about 9-1/2"; heel to toe, about 4-3/4".  No holes or runs, only a very light rust colored stain on the front of one stocking.
