1939 Presidents of US Series - George Washington - Three 1 Cent Stamps

This First Day Issue is part of the Presidents Series. The cachet is printed in red and  blue ink. It features a sketch of George Washington with an eagle on top of the frame. He was the first US  president from 1789-1797. He was born 1732; died 1799. The clear, legible postmark is dated January 20, 1939 and was cancelled at Washington, DC. There are three, green cancelled one cent stamps on this item that feature Washington's profile. These stamps are from a coil, I believe. When I query eBay, I do not find another exactly like this one.
